These are fun! (I feel stupid, but I don't get the second one... :-/
It's hard to see, but the second billboard is for Benjamin Moore paints... it's a mock color sample. It's see-through, so you can see the actual sky and the shades of blue. They are saying that their colors reflect the real colors of the world and anyone who is looking at painting their home instantly recognizes the color sample strip!
